Refund & Return Policy
The Short Version: We aren't Walmart. We don't have a "Customer Service Desk." We sell expert labor and hard-to-find parts. Please read this before you hand over your credit card.
1. Labor is Non-Refundable
Labor is time, and you can’t return time. If we spend 10 hours chasing an electrical gremlin in your 1974 wiring harness, you are paying for those 10 hours, even if the answer is "you need a whole new harness."
-
Our Promise: We stand behind our workmanship. If a bolt we tightened comes loose or a seal we installed leaks immediately, bring it back. We will make it right at no cost. But we do not give cash refunds for labor performed.
2. Parts Returns
-
New, Unopened Parts: Can be returned within 14 days of purchase, subject to a 20% restocking fee. (We have to pay to ship it back to the distributor, and so do you).
-
Electrical Parts: Absolutely No Returns. Once you buy a CDI, regulator, or ignition coil, it is yours. We cannot test if you fried it by plugging it into a bad harness, so we cannot accept it back. No exceptions.
-
Special Orders: If we ordered a custom seat, a specific jet kit, or a part from overseas specifically for your build, it is non-refundable.
3. Deposits
Deposits for service appointments, restorations, and custom builds are Non-Refundable.
-
Why? That money goes immediately toward purchasing parts for your project and reserving your slot on the lift. If you change your mind or run out of money halfway through, the deposit is forfeited to cover the shop time and parts we’ve already committed.
4. The "Vintage Reality" Clause
We fix vintage motorcycles. They are old, temperamental, and fragile.
-
If we fix your carburetor and a week later your starter motor dies, that is not a refund situation. That is just vintage ownership.
-
We do not offer refunds because you "changed your mind" about owning a vintage bike. If the bike runs when it leaves the shop, our contract is fulfilled.
