Service Description
Modern fuel starts to turn into varnish in as little as 6 months. If your vintage bike is hard to start, only runs on choke, or is leaking gas onto your garage floor, your pilot jets are clogged. Stop kicking it. You are only hurting your leg and the starter clutch. The "Hate City" Ultrasonic Process: We don't just spray cleaner in the intake. We perform a surgical strike on gum and varnish. Removal: We carefully extract the carburetor bank from the bike. Disassembly: Every jet, float, and needle is removed. The Hot Tank: Parts go into our industrial Ultrasonic Cleaner. High-frequency sound waves explode dirt out of internal passages that a brush can’t reach. Rebuild: We install high-quality Viton O-rings and bowl gaskets (No cheap paper gaskets). Synchronization: Once reinstalled, we use vacuum gauges to "sync" the carbs so your engine purrs at idle and pulls smooth to redline. ⚠️ The "Clean Tank" Guarantee: We cannot fix your carbs if your gas tank is feeding them rust. Mandatory: We install a new inline fuel filter on every service ($5). The Dealbreaker: If we inspect your tank and find heavy rust, we will stop work. You must address the tank (seal or replace it) before we can warranty a carb rebuild. We will not let fresh work get ruined by "orange dust" in 5 miles.
Cancellation Policy
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY 1. THE "24-HOUR" RULE Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for your motorcycle. We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Notification Method: Cancellations must be made by phone or email. Social media messages (Instagram/Facebook DMs) are NOT considered valid notice. 2. LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or simply do not show up: Standard Service: A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged to your card or added to your next invoice. Major Work/Drop-offs: If you scheduled a drop-off for a major project (engine rebuild, restoration) and do not show, you forfeit any pre-paid scheduling deposit. Repeat Offenders: After two (2) consecutive no-shows, we reserve the right to require a non-refundable 100% pre-payment to book any future appointments. 3. LATE ARRIVALS If you are more than 20 minutes late for your scheduled drop-off or consultation: We may be forced to reschedule your appointment to avoid backing up the rest of the day’s work. The Late Cancellation fee may apply if we cannot accommodate you that day. 4. THE "RIDE-IN" WEATHER EXCEPTION We understand that motorcycles are weather-dependent. Ride-Ins: If you planned to ride the bike to the shop and it is raining/snowing, the 24-hour fee is waived. Please call us by 9:00 AM on the day of the appointment to reschedule. Trailer-Ins: If you are trailering the bike, weather is not a valid reason for short-notice cancellation unless conditions are severe/dangerous (ice/storm warnings). 5. RESCHEDULING LIMITS To keep our project queue moving, an appointment may be rescheduled a maximum of two (2) times. A third rescheduling request will result in the cancellation of the work order, and your spot in the queue will be released to another customer
