Service Description

Pricing: Single ($225) | Twin ($375) | Inline-4 ($599) | V4 (Quote Only) You want the expertise of a vintage Japanese specialist, but you don't live in Georgia. We get it. That's why we accept mail-in carburetor services from all over the country. We treat your carbs with the same surgical precision as the bikes in our own lift bays. Send us your dirty, varnished rack, and we will return a "bolt-on ready" system that looks and performs like 1978. The Mail-In Process: The "Deep Clean": Complete disassembly and industrial Ultrasonic Cleaning to remove decades of calcified fuel and varnish. The Rebuild: Reassembly using premium Japanese-made seals, O-rings, and float valves (K&L / Tourmax). We do not use cheap Amazon kits. The "Bench Sync": Since we don't have your bike, we perform a precision Mechanical Bench Synchronization. We set the butterfly/slide heights to factory spec using feeler gauges. Note: You will only need to make minor idle adjustments once installed. Leak Test: We fill the bowls on the bench to verify the float needles are sealing 100% before we box them up. 💎 Optional Upgrade: Vapor Blast Finish (+$100) Want them to look better than new? Add Vapor Blasting to your order. We use a wet-slurry glass bead process to restore the outer aluminum bodies to a stunning, factory-satin finish. ⚠️ The "Dead on Arrival" Rules: To avoid wasting time and shipping costs, please read before booking: No "Rotten" Carbs: If the bodies are chemically corroded or the posts are cracked, we cannot fix them. If we receive "junk," we charge a $75 Evaluation Fee and ship them back. Packing is Critical: You are shipping fragile aluminum. If you throw them in a box with just newspaper, the throttle linkage will bend. Rule: Wrap each body individually in bubble wrap. Use a double-walled box. No Fuel: You must drain ALL fuel before shipping. Carriers will destroy packages that smell like gas.

Cancellation Policy

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY 1. THE "24-HOUR" RULE Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for your motorcycle. We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Notification Method: Cancellations must be made by phone or email. Social media messages (Instagram/Facebook DMs) are NOT considered valid notice. 2. LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or simply do not show up: Standard Service: A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged to your card or added to your next invoice. Major Work/Drop-offs: If you scheduled a drop-off for a major project (engine rebuild, restoration) and do not show, you forfeit any pre-paid scheduling deposit. Repeat Offenders: After two (2) consecutive no-shows, we reserve the right to require a non-refundable 100% pre-payment to book any future appointments. 3. LATE ARRIVALS If you are more than 20 minutes late for your scheduled drop-off or consultation: We may be forced to reschedule your appointment to avoid backing up the rest of the day’s work. The Late Cancellation fee may apply if we cannot accommodate you that day. 4. THE "RIDE-IN" WEATHER EXCEPTION We understand that motorcycles are weather-dependent. Ride-Ins: If you planned to ride the bike to the shop and it is raining/snowing, the 24-hour fee is waived. Please call us by 9:00 AM on the day of the appointment to reschedule. Trailer-Ins: If you are trailering the bike, weather is not a valid reason for short-notice cancellation unless conditions are severe/dangerous (ice/storm warnings). 5. RESCHEDULING LIMITS To keep our project queue moving, an appointment may be rescheduled a maximum of two (2) times. A third rescheduling request will result in the cancellation of the work order, and your spot in the queue will be released to another customer
