About

A leaking fork seal is more than just a mess—it’s a safety hazard. Fork oil drips directly onto your brake calipers and front tire, ruining your stopping power. If your front end feels "mushy" or dives hard when you stop, your oil has likely turned to sludge.

We rebuild forks to factory spec or better, using premium NOK seals and high-quality Bel-Ray or Maxima fork oil.

Two Ways to Book:

The "Carry-In" (Best Value): You remove the fork legs from the bike and bring them to us.

Why do this? You save 50% on labor. We can turn these around in 48–72 hours because they don't take up a lift.

Price: $225.00 / Pair (Labor).

The "Ride-In" Service: You drop off the whole motorcycle. We handle the heavy lifting, fender removal, and wheel alignment.

Price: $450.00 (Labor).

The "Hate City" Process:

Complete Teardown: We don't just drain the oil. We fully disassemble the damper rods and sliders.

Ultrasonic Cleaning: We clean the internals to remove metal shavings and old sludge.

Inspection: We measure the springs for sag and check the tubes for runout (straightness).

Assembly: New Oil Seals, Dust Seals, and fresh fluid set to the precise air-gap height.

🛑 The "Chrome Check" (Read Before Booking): New seals cannot seal against rust. Before you book, please run your fingernail over the shiny chrome travel area of your fork tubes.

Smooth? Good to go.

Rough/Pitted/Rusty? We cannot warranty this work. If your tubes are pitted, they will tear the new seals in 50 miles. You must replace the tubes or source a clean used set before we can rebuild them.
