The "Hate City" Ultrasonic Process: We don't just spray cleaner in the intake. We perform a surgical strike on gum and varnish.
Removal: We carefully extract the carburetor bank from the bike.
Disassembly: Every jet, float, and needle is removed.
The Hot Tank: Parts go into our industrial Ultrasonic Cleaner. High-frequency sound waves explode dirt out of internal passages that a brush can’t reach.
Rebuild: We install high-quality Viton O-rings and bowl gaskets (No cheap paper gaskets).
Synchronization: Once reinstalled, we use vacuum gauges to "sync" the carbs so your engine purrs at idle and pulls smooth to redline.
⚠️ The "Clean Tank" Guarantee: We cannot fix your carbs if your gas tank is feeding them rust.
Mandatory: We install a new inline fuel filter on every service ($5).
The Dealbreaker: If we inspect your tank and find heavy rust, we will stop work. You must address the tank (seal or replace it) before we can warranty a carb rebuild. We will not let fresh work get ruined by "orange dust" in 5 miles.
